SLEEP

Sheelpy? I'm shleepy.

First of all, check out this new album by CHERUB, friends of the G-Spot Heroes and thus of SleepFuckParty, right here. It's pretty eclectic so browse through all of it to find something you dig.

Garden (Joe Goddard Remix) - Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs Electro/powerpop/techno with delicious vocals and beetz that induce simultaneous indie eargasms. And the main dude is a legit Native American. Check him out.

Glad I Met You - D. GOOKIN Funk/progressive from New Haven, Connecticut, obviously signed to an indie label. Very next level. Oh and the Facebook page has like nothing so don't be an asshole and help out.

Meantinme (RAC Mix) - Givers Catchy indie pop bullshit from Lafayette, LA. They're signed to Glassnote Records and you're impressed. Oh and it's nothing but in March 2011 they were named on of TIME's "Ten Acts That Rocked South by Southwest." But what is TIME anyway?

Bloom (Jamie XX Remix) - Radiohead The xx bandmember Jamie XX has remixxed Radiohead and it's pretty sweet but you are gonna pass out if you're not in bed already.

Boys Of Paradise - Unicorn Kid This dude is fucking 18 years old. His name is Scot Oliver Sabin and he makes 8-Bit pop while you sit around and jack off all day. Or get your nails done. Suck it.

Blue Jeans - Lana Del Rey The artist? She's the singer-songwriter alter-ego of Lizzy Grant. The genre? Hollywood pop & sad core. The verdict? I can dig.

And I didn't think there'd be any remixes of it out there, much less a dubstep remix, but lo and behold, there is. And I love it. +++

PARTY

Levels (Clockwork Remix) - Avicii This remix was shown to me by a friend who first heard it at E-Zoo recently. ITS FUCKING NUTS.

Set Fire to The Rain (Flatline Remix) - Adele Yea I know, I'm obsessed with finding remix's of her songs...but seriously how good are they? This is a new Dub one that's off the chain, hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Meet KLAYPEX. This dub artist is WAY too underrated in my opinion and here are two of his tracks: "Chinter's Will" and "Hit Me." Sooo fucking good, I can't get enough of his work. Expect to see this guy a lot more in the futue.
Chinter's Will - Klaypex

Hit Me - Klaypex

Major throwback:

Eyes On Fire (Zeds Dead Remix) - Blue Foundation Bitches will recognize this song from the twilight soundtrack, its actually mad good (no homo). But here is Zeds Dead doing what they do best...making good become great. Enjoy.

SLEEP

Get ready.

HUSTLING - Butterclock feat. oOoOO Okay so you love Rick Ross, right? Yes you do because I do. Here's a cover of Hustlin' by the Man, executed by Parisian-via-Berlin vocalist Butterclock. Bonus: New lyrics: "Don't know what to do, don't know what to say/ so I'll just go home and play." And I'm diggin' the album artwork so hard.

made you and i look (nas vs washed out) - wait what Remember wait what? Over a year ago they brought us the Notorious xx (that is, Biggie Smalls vs. The xx) and we all jizzed simultaneously and exalted them as geniuses, zeitgeists if you will. Well they're back with this Nas + Washed Out mix. Fuck yes.

Purple Swag (Jim-E Stack Bootleg) - ASAP Rocky We'll keep a lookout for Jim-E stack's debut EP coming out soon. This reminds me of a fusion between Still Tippin', the sounds of Salem, and something else I'll think of later. +++

Det Haster! - Casiokids From a Norwegian synthpop ensemble that knows whats up. Sounds like Röyksopp but more trill.

As Young as Yesterday (Panda Bear Remix) - Korallreven It's new age and hypnotic and you dig it. It's like a blanket of light wrapping you up and laying you down on an oxycotton candy cloud and then you fall through a hole you ate out into a river and you're surrounded by river mermaids and the rest is up to you...

Dreamcatcher - Sad Souls This is pretty. Sad Souls is from Ann Arbor and you can't listen to this unless you're sedated or in that last millisecond before you slip into REM. You're welcome.

FUCK

Love In Motion (Skrillex's Funkt-Out Remix) - SebastiAn Skrillex remixing someone on the Ed Banger label? Does it get any better? No, so shut up, open your mouth and take it in. Download here

Cognitive Dissonance (Original Mix) - Wolfgang Gartner Crazy new Gartner sounds that get your adrenaline rushin', your viscera gushin' and your ass cheeks blushin.' Get down.

Princes of the Glitch Universe - Gramatik Vs. Queen Glitchy shit. Apparently the original track was Gramatik's favorite song as a kid so he decided to revamp the fuck out of it. It's a bit of a mind fuck so don't say I didn't warn you.

Wonderwall (Figure Drumstep Edit) - Oasis Considering the original is my lamest/guiltiest pleasure, I fucking love this remix. Love me! +++

Take Me To The Mountains (Derek Allen Mad Decent Remix) - LCMDF Fresh remix by Mad Decent's own Derek Allen, a sound engineer and one of Diplo's co-producers who co-wrote Major Lazer's "Lazer Theme" and "Come On" with Diplo & Tiesto. He's remixed everyone worth talking about and more. So respek, keep it real, (punani).

Give Me Something (Morel's I Gave You My Heart Dub Mix) - Yoko Ono Hi, I'm old and Japanese and I suck but I still make dopeitty music and here it is take it in I'll give you my heart please forgive me I just wanna hold your hand bye. Download here.

PARTY

welcome back once again to Sleep.Fuck.Party. Your place for the best jams.
Bacci here with a huge special edition Electric Zoo post. Enjoy, fuckers:

No Access (Original Mix) - Michael Woods : This guy is KILLIN IT!!!! Although I was only able to see the last 15 minutes of this guys set at Electric Zoo, I was in shock.. Michael woods is coming up extremely fast. Remember this guy.

Move for First Aid (Kaskade Mash-Up) - Michael Woods : Another fire Michael Woods track, mixed in with the vocals for Kaskade's "Move for Fe" this song is EPIC!!

Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites (Zedd Remix) - Skrillex : BEST remix of this song yet! Skrillex dropped this at the RedBull Riverside tent at Electric Zoo. I think I lost my mind. Not a dubstep track, but electro. It's fucking insane.

Calling (Original Mix) - Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso : This right here is one that's going down in the books. This track by none other than SHM member: Sebastian Ingrosso, and what they like to call "the new Avicii" : Alesso. Two major names in the industry collab-ing to form the most played track at Electric Zoo this past weekend.

Angel On My Shoulder Reaver 76 (Kaskade Mashup) - Kaskade, Tiesto, Marco V : Kaskade has been killing it with these mash-ups. Most of them were played all around people's sets at Electric Zoo. This one in particular is my favorite. Three amazing songs mashed up together to form some sick fucking shit. Check it!

Carry Me Home (Tommy Trash Remix) - Grant Smillie : Tommy Trash with another electro banger. Tiesto actually dropped this tune during his two hour set at Electric Zoo. This guy is definitely one to keep your eye on; he is gaining recognition by some of the biggest names in the industry pretty fast.

Fix You(r) Pressure (East n' Young Mashup) - Coldplay, Alesso : This mash-up was played by Steve Angello at the SIZE MATTERS pool party a couple of weeks ago, and i heard it about 4 different times at E-Zoo. It mixes pressure with fix you, brings a little goosebumps down my body... amazing.

Happy Violence (Original Mix) - Dada Life : The DADA is back with another heavy banger. This song is hard as fuckkk, then it gets soothing with some nice violin sounds. Typical dada, killing it as always.

Coming Home at 4AM (Kaskade Mashup) - Kaskade, Dirty South : ANOTHER mashup for you guys.. this one is sick, and really really chill. It's the beat of Coming Home with the vocals from Kaskade's "4AM" . Kaskade really killed it with all of these mash-ups. Very, VERY epic.

Every Teardrop is a Waterfall (Swedish House Mafia Remix) - Coldplay : last but not least... This song. Another masterpiece from the trio Swedish House Mafia. Another of coldplay's vocals being mixed with house tunes. This song is really amazing. That's all i have to say about it.

EXXXXTRA:

Today, Kaskade performed on Pete Tong's famous "BBC Radio 1" show, making an essential mix. One of the best one's ive ever heard. Kaskade has been KILLING it recently. Be  sure to check him out at ID fest, also avicii is added to the line up, in case you didnt know!!

Here are some photos from my trip to Electric Zoo:

SLEEP

Feel It All Around - Washed Out We've posted Amor Fati and Eyes Be Closed before, and now, a third track by Washed Out. American chill wave for the rest of us. Ca-ching!

Weekend - Class Actress Some of the best Brooklyn synth pop infused with the Actress' delicious vocals. Shit's seductive and snooze-inducing all at the same time. Bring it on the weekend.

Romantic Streams (Balam Acab Remix) - SLEEP ∞ OVER A loose tune for loose people. Very dreamy and hazy. Every time Balam Acab releases something new, my ass does a little dance behind my back. Literally.

Midnight City (Trentemøller Remix) Remix) - M83 Part of an EP M83 will have released by the end of the month, comprised entirely of Midnight City remixes. Begins quite amazingly with reverberating guitar chords. Almost too much quality to handle. This one's pretty sinister-- and that's how I like it.

Fire Dream - Patten Drunken drums and inaudible vocals. Terrible sound quality, yet it gets five-thousand and 58748354798 experimental rad points from me.  +++

FUCK

Someone Like You (Esquire vs. Offbeat Remix) - Adele For those of you who love the pure sound of house at its best. This is a track that I heard in just about every top tier club over the summer and now its yours, great new track!

Someone Like You (Sound Remedy Remix) - Adele And now for those of you more like me, the bass and electro heads, this is another remix that is nothing like the one above. Full of hard beats and bass.

Lights - Klaypex Ft. DjDan Great vocals that are mad addicting in the intro really got me into this song. I can listen to this all day. Don't let the pretty intro fool you though cuz this is a fucking dubstep JAM.

30 Million - SubVibe & Fuzion Pure filth, this is some hard fucking shit. Drops really hard and keeps that tempo up the whole time. Bass to the Phace on this one!

Just Hold Me - Zeds Dead & The Killabits Do I really have to go into detail with this one? Look at the names on the fuckin track... 'nuff said. Reminds of me of Bass Cannon again but with a little twist and more to it.

The Fuckin DubKing.

SLEEP

Every city should be the city that never sleeps.
Audio Vidéo Disco - Justice The highly anticipated track officially released Oct. 25th. It's been getting strange feedback but I dig it. It's no banger but it's good to pass out or blaze to.

Carnival - Disclosure From a rad duo of men that hail from the UK. It's certainly interesting and there's a lot going on. It's starts off a bit repetitive and then gets a lil' crazy.

See Birds (Coyote Clean Up Dub) - Balam Acab Experimental/psychedelic shit from Pennsylvania. It's reverberating minimalism at it's finest. Kind of grainy in a toned-down yet bubbly sort of way.

Mon Ton Ton 2 - Humans From the Vancouver-based indie dance band. Sounds a lot like Hot Chip (even the vocals) and it brings back too many memories. Good shit.

TV - Vondelpark From Vondelpark's new NYC Stuff and NYC Bags EP. Sounds like The Weeknd's House of Balloons EP. London-based Vondelpark is pretty obscure, but the little that is known about him comes from this interview he did with VICE Mag.

And from the DROPBOX:
Exclusive SFP track. This dude's from Toulouse, France and I dig.

FUCK

This shit is graphic like my city.
Pretty Lights vs. Led Zeppelin - Pretty Lights A track from an unreleased Pretty Lights remix EP. Apparently it samples a total of seven Led Zeppelin tracks. Hell yeah I say A+.

Coffee Break - Zeds Dead Rad oldschool female vocals and heavy dubstep grinding. New Zeds Dead is a fuckin' treat. Always and forever.

Glowsticks (Cool Project Remix) - Alex Mind Nice and dark. Kind of an eerie techno-house vibe. Let her ride your glowstick to this.

Aerodynamic (Specimen A & James D'ley Re-fix) - Daft Punk Oh shit Daft Punk Ridiculously delicious. Some sick kind of electric guitar sound in there from the one and only Daft Punk.

Madness- Roksonix Pure hardcore dubstep madness for when you're fucking a crazy chick.

Hyph Mngo - Joy Orbison Nice female vocals. Good for foreplay.

Beautiful. Like yo girl should be.
Coldplay - Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall (Swedish House Mafia Remix) by EssentialSelection
