SLEEP

Anna (Moonlight Matters Remix) - Charlotte Gainsbourg Favorite track right now. Bouncing on a warped cloud, playing stringy guitars and hazy organ melodies.

Jasmine - Jai Paul I've been waiting for him to release a second track for a year now and it pisses me off that such a genius doesn't produce more. WE WANT MORE.

Still I Hear the Word Progress ft. Styles P - Lushlife (Balam Acab Remix) - Lushlife You know Balam Acab slows down rap like now other. Craziest voice modulations ever.

Giga Giga - PLAN What I imagine Shlohmo would sound like if he were a woman.

When You're Gone - Lapalux Intelligent dance music/experimental hip-hop from Essex.

Drifting On By - Kyson Funky minimalism from Berlin with hooks sand vocals that will make you feel soulful and sleepy all at the same time.

SLEEP

Lucid dream wif me?

Awesomeness So this is "I Remember" by Kaskade, but an incredibly dope version of it, produced by AraabMuzik. I couldn't title it so you're gonna need to do it yourself once you download it. Apparently Hulkshare won't disable it if I title it something else. Oh, please! Copyright, shmopyright! (just kidding...)

Bleak Bake - King Krule Hailing from southeast London, King Krule used to go by Zoo Kid. The funny thing about his misleading deep voice is that he's a skinny ginger. +5 for him.

Sky Sailor (Float Away) - Daft Punk ft. TRS-80 & Ariel Pink From a new EP called Sky Sailor released by Vinyl International. This one's a TRS-80 remix of a track from Daft Punk's soundtrack for Tron: Legacy, embedded with Ariel Pink's vocals. It just has that beautiful, classic percussion vibe you dig.

Nuclear Seasons (Balam Acab Remix) - Charli XCX This shit is everywhere right now, like Kimmi in a Rice Field on acid. You might like the original if you suck. phallic. objects. Just kidding, love youuuu.

Stay Away (Salem Remix) - Charli XCX This isn't even new but it's my favorite song and the video is a kult classic in my brain.

Dandelion (feat. Psychologist) - Stay+ Christian AIDS being experimental and stuff and stuff and I'm asleep.

Girl From Ipanema (N.A.S.A. Remix) - Antônio Carlos Jobim The other day I had a dream that some magical person would step up to the plate and remix the Girl from Ipanema. Then I realized there's a remix to everything out there and that this shit must exist. Out of all of them, I liked this one the most. Peace.

SLEEP

Sleep in the nude or you ain't shit.
VCR (The xx Cover) - The Antlers This shit cray. While the xx announced six days ago that they've started working on their second album, I give you this to help with the wait.

Amor Fati (Clams Casino Remix) - Washed Out That Within and Without shit you love, slowed down a few BPM, making for more soothing vocals. Spoon to this.

Kimmi in a Rice Field (Balam Acab Remix) - Twin Sister A remix to Twin Sister's debut LP, In Heaven. It's Experimental pop from Brooklyn that you dig more than ever because beatmaker Balam Acab drowned it.

Kimmi in a Rice Field (Glitter Bones Remix) - Twin Sister Glitter Bones? An unsigned duo from Chicago who describes their genre as fantasy and "the swinging sound of hoop earrings." Sounds accurate to me. Check it out for yo'self.

Keep Me There - Nicolas Jaar From our favorite American-Chilean musician. Did you know: he's currently studying comparative literature at Brown University. My guess is he blazes all day, makes music, and then pretends to read books when in actuality, he's ripping out the pages to use as rolling paper.

Time For Us - Nicolas Jaar This one has less of a tango sound to it and more of an indie bullshit sound. The male vocals are as hypnotic as it gets. Did we mention Jaar is the founder of his own record label? Yeah, that's Clown and Sunset, bitch.

Balance - Future Islands Pop from Baltimore, MD created by artists who claim to draw their influence from cloudy days and love.

Miranda (School Of Seven Bells Remix) - Surfer Blood Dreamy chimes infused with vaguely mechanical clanking and "demonic synths."

Here's the video for "Kimmi in a Rice Field." It's probably kind of creepy and I'm probably a freak so there's that.

Shleeeeeepin' it,

SLEEP

Every city should be the city that never sleeps.
Audio Vidéo Disco - Justice The highly anticipated track officially released Oct. 25th. It's been getting strange feedback but I dig it. It's no banger but it's good to pass out or blaze to.

Carnival - Disclosure From a rad duo of men that hail from the UK. It's certainly interesting and there's a lot going on. It's starts off a bit repetitive and then gets a lil' crazy.

See Birds (Coyote Clean Up Dub) - Balam Acab Experimental/psychedelic shit from Pennsylvania. It's reverberating minimalism at it's finest. Kind of grainy in a toned-down yet bubbly sort of way.

Mon Ton Ton 2 - Humans From the Vancouver-based indie dance band. Sounds a lot like Hot Chip (even the vocals) and it brings back too many memories. Good shit.

TV - Vondelpark From Vondelpark's new NYC Stuff and NYC Bags EP. Sounds like The Weeknd's House of Balloons EP. London-based Vondelpark is pretty obscure, but the little that is known about him comes from this interview he did with VICE Mag.

And from the DROPBOX:
Exclusive SFP track. This dude's from Toulouse, France and I dig.

SLEEP

Ze mornin' after.

Motion - Balam Acab Balam Acab is totally the sweetest shit right now. Get on it. Also has some little female moaning in there.

Sunporch (Holy Other Remix) - Walls Ghostly vocals, echoes, and wandering beats. Hardly lucid. Bonus: maintains a nice bassline.

Want You In My Soul (Original Mix) - Lovebirds feat. Stee Downes Nice bells and chimes, plus reassuring male vocals.

So I've been a huge fan of Christian AIDS for a while now, and a month ago they changed their name to something more low-key, Stay+. I personally like the former name a lot better but we'll live...

Banana Ripple (Stay+ Remix) - Junior Boys Here they are, making synth pop darker.

End of Time (Stay+ Remix) - Computer Magic Fader called this sound "twilight-at-the-rave."

This is totally weird and awesome and you have to be on some other level of consciousness to enjoy it, and I hope you are. I recommend fullscreen.
